Tips to Maximize Your Fairy Headquarters Event

1. Plan Around the Guest of Honor's Schedule

   For children's events, consider their daily routine. If they nap, schedule the event when they’ll be well-rested to ensure cheerful and engaged participation. If you are hosting a corporate delivery or special appearances, please consider meetings and breaks

2. Schedule Character Arrival Wisely
   Plan for our mythical characters to arrive at least 30 minutes before apperance time. This allows guests to settle in and ensures that no one misses out on the fun if they arrive a little late.

3. Prepare Guests for the Magic
   Avoid making our character visits a surprise, especially for children meeting a fairy, mermaid, or other mythical friend for the first time. Some children may feel shy or overwhelmed. Instead, drop hints about a special guest joining the celebration to help them prepare for the magical encounter. Reach out to us for fun, personalized ideas to build excitement!

4. Focus the Magic
   Pause other entertainment, such as bounce houses or DJs, during your character’s visit to ensure that all attention is on the activities and interactions they bring to your event. This makes the experience more engaging and cohesive for everyone.

5. Plan the Layout
   Ensure your venue has space for an open table, 10x10 backdrop setup, or play area for the activities our characters bring. Setting up a designated photo area can create magical keepsakes and memorable moments!

6. Be Present in the Magic
   Instead of spending the event behind a camera, assign a friend or family member to take photos. This allows you to enjoy the celebration and be part of the fun. Plus, you'll get to appear in the pictures alongside our enchanting characters!

7. Where do you deliver or perform?

   For the safety of our performers and staff, Fairy Headquarters currently delivers and performs only at commercial locations. This includes:

   • Event Venues: Banquet halls, conference rooms, and other formal event spaces.
   • Festivals: Public gatherings and fairs.
   • Restaurants: Family-friendly dining establishments.
   • Schools: Classrooms, auditoriums, or outdoor play areas.
   • Offices: Corporate spaces for team-building or holiday celebrations.

   We do not deliver to or perform at residential homes or private properties at this time.

A: At Fairy Headquarters, we only house mythical creatures like fairies, mermaids, and other legendary beings. We do not provide superheroes, princesses, or non-mythical characters to maintain our magical brand.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, as our calendar fills quickly, especially during peak seasons.

Q: Are character visits suitable for corporate events?
A: Absolutely! Our mythical characters are perfect for corporate gatherings, grand openings, team-building events, or holiday celebrations. Activities can be tailored to suit both children and adults.

Q: What happens if children are shy or hesitant?
A: Our performers are highly trained to make children feel comfortable and will take cues from their reactions. We suggest preparing children by letting them know a special guest is coming to avoid surprises.

Q: Can I customize activities for my event?
A: Yes! We work with you to tailor activities and interactions based on your event’s theme and audience. Please communicate special requests at least 48 hours before the event.

Q: Do you offer outdoor events?
A: Yes, but we require a shaded or covered area for the character's comfort and safety. Severe weather conditions may require rescheduling.

Q: How do you handle safety concerns?
A: Safety is our priority. Our performers are trained to address situations professionally. If any situation becomes unsafe, they reserve the right to leave the event.

Q: Can we take photos with the characters?
A: Yes, of course! Photo opportunities are encouraged, and we love creating magical memories with your guests.
