By purchasing from Fairy Godd Shoppers, you are agreeing to abide by all below terms and conditions. 

Due to COVID-19 and limited mail carrier transportation deliveries of packages has slowed. Please allow up to an additional four weeks for delivery. 

Taking into consideration the delay due to COVID-19, refunds will not be giving out while package is in transit. Thank you for your patience. 

Consultation Required – For all services rendered, a none refundable deposit is required to book consultation. This service is non-refundable whether the client misses or needs to reschedule later. Fairy Godd Shoppers reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule said service.

        Digital Products– No refunds or exchanges on digital products. This includes but is not limited to eBooks, educational courses, vendor list, etc. 

 All orders are shipped within 5 business days. Exchanges will be viable only if returns are in original packaging. Refunds will not be given for apparel. 

Holiday Boxes-cannot be returned or exchanged. You can update size preferences for future boxes in your account. If there is an issue with an item in your box that is our error, you MUST notify us within 7 days of receiving your box. No exceptions.

Boxes are shipped on a first order bases. We reserve the right to alter products for similar products based on the  day of receiving your box.

* Personalized/custom items cannot be returned or exchanged. PLEASE double check your personalization.

*Clearance/Sale items or gift cards are not refundable and cannot be returned. 

If the error was made by us (wrong item shipped, damaged on arrival) the return shipping costs will be waived. 

Otherwise ( If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind etc) the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. 

 You may return the product for a refund, replacement/exchange or store credit (you choose) if:

You requested the return within 15 calendar days after delivery, and:

You have not used the product in any way

Items that cannot be returned:

Any item more than 15 calendar days after delivery

Any item that has been used worn or washed

Any item that was purchased on Clearance

Holiday Boxes, and seasonal items

   

Tangible Products – The client has 7 (Seven) days from the date of receiving package to put in a claim for damaged or ill-fitting items (Exchange Only). Product must be in original packaging i.e., unworn, tags still attached etc. Once the item has been received in good condition a replacement product will be shipped though the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling fees.

Services Rendered –service invoices must be paid in full before the start of each project. No refunds on services rendered once work in any compacity has begun or completed. Fairy Godd Shoppers reserves the right to make suitable arrangements regarding revisions to client satisfaction. 

    24 (Twenty-Four) Cancellations Customers have the Availability to cancel Special Appearances  upon request within twenty-four hours from date of purchase.  A refund will be issued minus applicable service fees. For serices including but not limited too shopping, decorating, gift wrapping, or any other service purchased in full WILL NOT receive a refund once work has begun. 

Work Product Ownership – any copyrightable work, ideas, or other information (collectively the “work product”) developed in whole or in part by Fairy Godd Shoppers in connection with the services will be exclusively property of Fairy Godd Shoppers.

Confidentiality Clause – Fairy Godd Shoppers and its employees, agents, or Representatives will not at any time or any manner, either directly or indirectly use property of client for the personal benefit of Fairy Godd Shoppers, or divulge, just closed, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to the client. Fairy Godd Shoppers and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this contract. 

Warranty – Fairy Godd Shoppers shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this contract in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing, the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Fairy Godd Shoppers community and region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, or superior to, care used by service providers like Fairy Godd Shoppers on similar projects.
