Fairy Godd Shoppers Policies

By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. We are honored to be part of your magical event and strive to make it truly enchanting. Please review the following policies carefully, as processing your deposit and confirming your booking indicates your agreement. Thank you for choosing Fairy Godd Shoppers!

  1. Agreement to Terms
    By booking our services, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions stated in this document.

  2. Communication
    Our primary communication channels are email and text, ensuring clear documentation of all questions, changes, and updates. Emails are typically responded to within 24 hours, excluding weekends. Calls and texts are welcome, but availability may vary due to prior commitments. For calls, scheduling in advance is encouraged.

  3. Deposit
    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking: $75 for standard events or $200 for events over $500. Full refunds are available only within 24 hours of payment. Deposits are processed through our secure booking system.

  4. Payment Balance
    The total balance is due no later than 48 hours before your event. Performers appreciate tips for exceptional service, which can be given directly.

  5. Event Timing
    Performers must adhere to strict schedules to accommodate multiple bookings. Additional time cannot be guaranteed unless prearranged.

  6. Smoke-Free Zones
    All costumes and props must remain smoke-free. Guests smoking during your event must refrain immediately to avoid cancellation of services.

  7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • Events may be rescheduled once, free of charge, if requested at least 7 days before the event.
    • Rescheduling within 7 days incurs a 15% fee, and day-of changes require a 30% fee.
    • Weather-related cancellations must have a backup indoor plan.
  8. Activities
    The activities listed in your package will be performed unless otherwise arranged. Performers may adjust activities to suit the audience or circumstances.

  9. Last-Minute Bookings

    • Bookings made 3–7 days before the event incur a $50 fee.
    • Bookings within 48 hours require a $100 fee and full payment at booking.
  10. Party Details and Changes

    • Changes to the event time or length must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  11. Venue and Weather Accommodations
    Events must be held in suitable environments. For outdoor events, temperatures must be between 60°F and 85°F. Backup indoor plans are mandatory for inclement weather.

  12. Service Area and Travel Fees
    Travel fees apply to events more than 20 miles from our headquarters and are calculated based on distance. For events requiring flights or hotels, additional arrangements must be made.

  13. Allergies and Safety
    Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities before your event. Fairy Godd Shoppers is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or accidents during your event.

  14. Photo Release
    Event photos may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in your contract.

  15. Pets
    Except for service animals, all pets must be kept away from the party area.

  16. Costume and Property Care
    Clients may be charged for excessive damage to costumes or materials. Outdoor events with water or mud should be planned carefully to avoid damage.

  17. Guest Behavior
    Performers reserve the right to adjust activities or leave if behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive. Guardians are responsible for monitoring children during the event.

  18. Performer Preference
    While we strive to match performers to character requests, specific assignments are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

  19. Liability
    Fairy Godd Shoppers is not responsible for damages or injuries caused by guests or unforeseen circumstances.

  20. Event Confirmation
    Detailed party confirmations will be sent via email three days prior to your event.

  21. Policy Breach
    Any violation of these policies may result in the cancellation of your event without refund.

  22. Unforeseen Circumstances
    In rare cases of delays or cancellations, we will work with you to provide alternative solutions, including partial refunds, rescheduling, or special arrangements.

  23.  Activities

    Fairy Headquarters carefully designs a variety of enchanting activities and games to ensure our performers are always engaging with the children. If the Client has specific requests for the activity order, please inform us at least 48 hours before the event. If no preferences are provided, our performers will use their expertise to arrange activities in a way that best suits the event’s flow and the needs of the attendees. While we strive to complete all planned activities, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent this. In such cases, performers may extend their time by up to 5 minutes past the scheduled end at no additional cost.

     Safety

    The safety and enjoyment of your guests are our top priorities. Fairy Headquarters’ performers are trained to prioritize safety while delivering magical experiences. If any situation arises where the performer(s) or assistant(s) feel unsafe, they will address the issue with the parent, guardian, or client. If the concern remains unresolved, the performer reserves the right to leave the event. We also reserve the right to cancel activities and depart immediately if hostile behavior is exhibited during communication before the event.

    Important Note: Children must not climb, hang from, or physically harm our characters in any way (e.g., kicking or pulling). If such behavior occurs, our performer will leave the event, and no activities will continue.

  25. Confidentiality Clause – Fairy Godd Shoppers and its employees, agents, or Representatives will not at any time or any manner, either directly or indirectly use property of client for the personal benefit of Fairy Godd Shoppers, or divulge, just closed, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to the client. Fairy Godd Shoppers and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this contract.

    Tardiness

    We make every effort to ensure our performers arrive on time, including allocating an additional 30 minutes of travel time. However, unexpected delays such as traffic or other incidents may occasionally occur. We will keep you updated on the performer’s ETA as we navigate to your event. Regardless of arrival time, we will provide the full duration of the booked services and offer the following options to address any delays:

    • 1–30 Minutes Late: Your child will receive a special note/card in the mail from their chosen character and a coupon for future use.
    • 30–60 Minutes Late: We will refund 10% of your total booking cost, in addition to sending your child a special note/card and coupon.
    • 60+ Minutes Late: You may choose to cancel the party for a full refund and receive a complimentary 30-minute visit at a later date, or we will proceed with the event and refund 50% of your total payment.

Tangible Delivery Policy for Delivery Fairies
Fairygrams and magical packages are lovingly prepared and delivered with care to create unforgettable moments of delight. The following policies apply:

  1. Delivery Scheduling:

    • Delivery fairies operate within a 15-minute window of the scheduled time. We will notify you promptly in case of unexpected delays.
  2. Returns and Refunds:

    • For tangible magic packages: Returns are accepted only for unopened and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery. The Client is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • For personalized items: Due to the custom nature, these are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part. In such cases, we will promptly issue a replacement.
  3. Damaged or Missing Items:

    • If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  4. Fairygram Experiences:

    • Fairygrams are non-refundable once the delivery has been made. If a scheduling conflict arises, the Client may reschedule at least 48 hours before the original delivery time at no additional cost.
