As an Enchanting Festival vendor, you will have the opportunity to showcase your products and connect with a diverse audience of enchanted souls who are seeking unique and mesmerizing experiences. This festival attracts individuals of all ages who are captivated by the allure of magic, fantasy, and the joy of discovery.

Vendor Requirements:

  • Products or services align with the enchanting festival theme
  • Display, booth, or setup that enhances the magical atmosphere
  • Knowledgeable and friendly staff members to engage with visitors
  • Comply with event regulations and obtain any necessary permits or licenses

Food Truck Requirements:
Food and Drink Vendor Space Options
10x10 booth ($80.00)
10 x 20 booth (no truck, may be placed on grass) ($160.00)
Food Truck less than 20 ft long ($125.00)
Food Truck 20 - 30 ft long ($195.00)

Please Note:
1. Food Trucks must be less than 30 ft long. No Food Trucks over 30 ft will be allowed in.

2. This is a REDUCED WASTE event.
No styrofoam allowed into the Festival.
Our waste removal partner company will handle waste from guests only. You must haul out your own kitchen/prep waste.
Food/Drink Vendors are encouraged to purchase:
Reusable materials for food and other distribution needs at this event and/or
LOCALLY recyclable materials and/or
BPI Certified Compostable materials.
3. Generators must be the QUIET kind. A $500 fine will be assessed onsite for loud generators.
